1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and INKY.Studio, the provider of this service. By accessing or using INKY.Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

INKY.Studio's platform is built, hosted, and operated on our behalf by our technology provider, Tux Software, acting as a sub-processor. INKY.Studio remains responsible to you for the service and for the personal data it processes (see our Privacy Policy).

2. Description of Service

INKY.Studio provides an AI-powered booking assistant for tattoo artists, including automated booking, price estimation, calendar synchronisation, and payment processing features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
  • Upload malicious code or content.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

INKY.Studio takes no commission. We deduct no percentage — and no other amount — from a customer deposit, from a balance, or from any other payment a client makes to an artist. Deposits are charged directly on the artist's own connected Stripe account, where the artist is the merchant of record, and settle there; the customer always pays the full deposit amount they were quoted.

Stripe charges its own card processing fee on those payments and takes it from the artist's Stripe balance — the same fee the artist would pay taking that card payment through Stripe without us. That fee is Stripe's own, set by Stripe: INKY.Studio adds nothing to it and receives no part of it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on this site are the property of INKY.Studio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

INKY.Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
